Wed - May 8, 1918 K.P. all day awfully hot weather. uncertain about our leaving. write to Berniece. go to bed. Thu - May 9, '18 dont do any thing all morning, go on an all night hike this afternoon. get to where we make camp about 4 o'clock. send a card to mother Fri - May 10, '18 set up a field Hosp. this morning. awfully hot day. start back here at noon and get back about 3 P.M. get paid tonight. write to Berniece |
Sat - May 11, '18 Inspection and nothing more to do all day. wash clothes & read. go to bed early. Sun - May 12, '18 nothing of interest today, read, sleep eat, and go to bed. Mon - May 13, '18 drill all morning. general fatigue duty all afternoon fixing the flower garden. go to bed early. write to Berniece, and got a letter from Lucile today |
